Customers who are "consumers" in accordance with Austrian consumer protection laws (Kundenschutzgesetz) may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receipt of goods which they have ordered online, per fax, phone or email.
- No reason for witdrawal to be mentioned
- Notice of withdrawal must be sent within 14 days after receipt of goods.
- Goods must be retunred in unused and resalable condition.
- Payment will be refunded either completely or at a reduced amount in case goods and/or packing are damaged or incomplete - after we have received and examined the return shipment.
- Cost of shipment to be carried by customer (not for German customers)
- Cost of shipment to be carried by us if order value > 40 EUR (for German customers only)
- Customized products and Audio/Video-products (e.g. CDs, DVDs...) and Software are excluded from this right of withdrawal
- Also excluded from the right of withdrawal are purchases which are picked up at our premises.
