Customers who are "consumers" in accordance with Austrian consumer protection laws (Kundenschutzgesetz) may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receipt of goods which they have ordered online, per fax, phone or email.

 

Parcels to Austria, Germany and most other European countries are delivered by DPD usually. For deliveries to Switzerland and some other countries we are using the services of Austrian Post AG.
